Our Neighborhoods
There are eleven different neighborhoods within Stonebridge. Each neighborhood association has its own by-laws and guidelines and may charge its unit owners an annual assessment for the services it provides. If you have questions about a neighborhood or about an individual property within a neighborhood (such wanting to make architectural changes to a property), contact the neighborhood president or the neighborhood's manager. Neighborhood manager information and pictures of our various neighborhoods are provided on the linked pages.

Community History
Stonebridge is located on the South Side of Ann Arbor at the intersection of Lohr and Ellsworth Roads in Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County. The 711 unit sites that make up the eleven communities of Stonebridge are situated on 655 acres. Click this tab for a brief history of the Stonebridge Community.
